1230-1430 Conference Registration in the hotel foyer. Running buffet in hotel restaurant.
There will also be an electric coach, in FlixBus livery, and an electric bus, both from Whippet, parked nearby the hotel for delegates to explore.
1430 Optional visit. Bus departs for Stagecoach East’s depot to see EV charging infrastructure and talk on electric vehicles, followed by trip along the Cambridge Guided Busway to St Ives, where there will be a stop for refreshments.
1630 approx Return to hotel
1900 Meet in hotel bar (ground floor) for pre-dinner drinks. Cash bar.
1930 Dinner in meeting rooms Hawking and Darwin on the first floor.
After dinner speaker Bill Hiron, Managing Director of Stephensons of Essex and chairman of ALBUM (Association of Local Bus Company Managers).

breakfast and bring bags and cases to store in the conference room
